Moscow strengthens industrial cooperation with Uzbekistan
As part of the international exhibition “INNOPROM. Central Asia” in Tashkent, solutions from ten leading companies will be showcased at the Moscow Government’s stand.
Foreign partners will also have the opportunity to explore the investment potential of the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone, according to Moscow Deputy Mayor Maksim Liksutov.
“On the instructions of Sergey Sobyanin, the city is systematically developing trade and economic cooperation with key partners in Central Asia. The capital leads nationwide trade turnover with Uzbekistan, accounting for 29 percent of the share. Uzbekistan also accounts for five percent of Moscow’s industrial exports. From April 20 to 22, the international industrial exhibition ‘INNOPROM. Central Asia’ will be held in Tashkent. As part of the event, the city will present solutions from ten companies in priority sectors with high export potential”, noted Mr. Liksutov.
The Mosprom Export Support Center will cover logistics costs for the exhibits and the organization of business meetings. A separate section of the exposition will be dedicated to presenting the Technopolis Moscow special economic zone.
