The surgeon of MontBlanc clinic in Tashkent has answered some questions on aesthetic rhinoplasty.

There is always something that does not satisfy a person. Especially, there are so many assessments and demands regarding the beauty of women, and sometimes we are depressed because of face defects.

True, a make-up artist or cosmetologist can correct eye or eyebrow deficiencies. Some of the face defects can be hidden behind daily cosmetics. However, how can you solve the nose defect?

The surgeon of MontBlanc clinic in Tashkent has answered some questions on this issue.

– No need to be discouraged, – says a surgeon of aesthetic rhinoplasty Fakhriddin Obloqulov. – For three years now, we are dealing with eradication of nose defects of young men and women. To be honest, any imbalance can quickly be seen because the nose is in the center of the face. A person’s facial appearance changes as well according to the nose shape. For example, if the nose is thinner, the defects on the face are not so obvious.

In fact, aesthetic surgery is a surgical procedure that serves to revitalize the nose’s function due to the appearance or damage by changing one of the parts of the visible body.

– How does rhinoplasty surgery differ from surgery that changes the appearance?

– 80% of our surgical operations are related to nose’s inner respiratory tract, – says Dr. Fakhriddin. – In this process, we also change the shape of the nose. For example, there are bumpy and fleshy noses. We bring such an appearance of a person to the standard requirement and treat their illness. We also take into account the patients’s wishes. Many girls now want sharp nose. The upper part of such nose is turned up.

– As you said, nowadays not only women, but also men are interested in this type of surgery. Will negative effects of rhinoplasty be revealed over time?

– No, never. No negative aspects will be identified. Perhaps there are many positive aspects. If the nose is bumpy or there is a problem with breathing, all internal defects will be eliminated by surgery. Then attention is paid to the appearance. If the internal nasal system does not pass well oxygen, it can cause headache, insomnia, and difficult breathing. It affects the mood. If these issues are eliminated and the nose turns into the desired shape, the mood will improve. The character of girls who were ashamed to be in society changes, their self-esteem increases.

Previously, almost only women addressed when we started our activities, now men are also coming. Demand for rhinoplasty has been increasing year by year. Over the past year, we have operated more than hundred young men and women.

Many people are becoming aware of our consistent activities on using advanced technologies as a result of our social networking campaigns. If before we mostly had patients with defects, now more people are interested in changing their appearance. For example, one of the five patients today has a problem with the nose.

– After the rhinoplasty, what is a guarantee that the nose does not acquire its original shape?

– Plastic surgery is one of the most urgent directions in medicine, – says Dr. Fakhriddin. – We seriously approach to the introduction of advanced and innovative methods in correct diagnosis, preoperative procedures, and postoperative care. The tools and equipment we use are imported from abroad. Their quality is guaranteed. Surgical operations are relatively expensive for about 13-16 million UZS. However, they do not lead to negative consequences. Serve until the end of life. In some cases, there may be a very small, almost unrecognizable 0.1-millimeter change.

We visited a physician who have graduated from Samarkand Medical Institute and later passed advanced training courses in foreign countries, learned customers’ opinion. They said that the surgery has lasted for 1-2 hours, and that they did not feel pain during and after the surgery. Seeing their before-and-after photos, we praised the physician’s skill.

Dr. Fakhriddin is expected to attend the Global Meeting on Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, and then depart for Istanbul for advanced training. He is planning to exchange views and experience with famous rhinoplasts of Europe and the United States, and introduce more effective surgical methods in Uzbekistan.
