In his Address, the President dwelled on important pressing issues. In particular, he noted that a national test system for assessing knowledge of the native language should be created. At the same time, the student will have the opportunity to take this exam at any time and receive a certificate. As a result there will be no need to re-pass tests in their native language upon admission to the higher education institution.

Based on foreign experience, higher education standards will be improved, its directions and the structure of the studied disciplines will be reviewed. The number of disciplines not related to the acquired specialty will be halved. We must move on to a credit-modular system in higher education. Starting from this year, a three-year period of study is defined for six areas of teacher education.
