Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Timothy Torlot.

On December 18, 2019, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Timothy Torlot, Uzbekistan MFA reports.

At the meeting, current issues on the bilateral agenda were discussed, the results of cooperation in political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres in 2019 were summed up. The readiness to build up cooperation in 2020 was emphasized, including in implementation of joint educational and environmental projects.

Special attention was paid to the schedule of meetings at various levels for the next year.
