The Ministry of Economy and Industry hosted a meeting with a delegation of the Eurasian Fund for Stabilization and Development (EFSD) led by A. Shirokov, Executive Director of the EFSD.

At the meeting, the Uzbek side informed the Fund representatives about the ongoing reforms in the Republic of Uzbekistan and the main changes achieved in the economy.

Members of the EFSD delegation acquainted the Uzbek side with the activities of the Fund, in particular, with the main conditions and requirements for the allocation of funds to finance projects, as well as work experience in other countries.

The parties also discussed potential areas of cooperation.
