The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orinbayev, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Sweden, Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Poland, Amirsaid Agzamkhodjayev.

At the meeting, the Chairman spoke about the large-scale reforms carried out in recent years at the initiative of the Head of State, aimed at the socio-economic development of the Aral Sea region, improving the environmental situation, and enhancing the population’s living conditions. He specifically highlighted the invaluable role of Uzbekistan’s ambassadors abroad in attracting foreign investors to the region, supporting entrepreneurship, successfully implementing joint projects with international partners, and promoting national interests.

Uzbekistan’s ambassadors abroad expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome. They shared their proposals regarding the prospects for further development in the Aral Sea region, the implementation of joint international projects, and the attraction of foreign investment.

The ambassadors also visited the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. During the meeting between the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, F. Ermanov, and the Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Rakhmatulla Nurimbetov (Sweden), Amirsaid Agzamkhodjayev (Poland), and Timur Rakhmanov (Latvia), upcoming joint projects were discussed.
