The development of the healthcare system in Uzbekistan is evident in the adoption of high-tech diagnostic and treatment methods and the growing number of young, highly qualified specialists. The Bukhara branch of the South Korean medical clinic Himchan is a clear example of this progress.
The clinic operates 11 branches worldwide, eight in the Republic of Korea. Its only branch in Central Asia is located in Bukhara.
The clinic’s operations are grounded in cutting-edge technologies and South Korean medical experience. It performs surgical treatments for orthopedic and trauma-related conditions, including hip and knee replacement. In addition, patients receive high-quality services in neurosurgery (such as spinal hernia treatment and vertebroplasty), neurology, cardiology, and endocrinology.
The clinic has a capacity of 90 beds and employs more than 80 qualified doctors and medical staff. Many specialists, including orthopedic trauma surgeons, neurosurgeons, neurologists, general surgeons, physicians, cardiologists, radiologists, and anesthesiologists, have undergone advanced training in the Republic of Korea.
