The “Khorezm Pilaf” International Pilaf Festival will take place on 14 December this year at the “Arda Khiva” tourism complex in the city of Khiva.

The international festival will feature a competition among more than 70 pilaf masters, masterclasses by renowned chefs, handicraft exhibitions, “AGRO” and “FOOD” tourism showcases, concert programs featuring famous artists from Uzbekistan and abroad, and various entertainment shows.

On the same day, 9 tons of pilaf will be prepared in Khorezm for the first time.

Chefs, tourists, bloggers, and fans of Eastern cuisine from all over the world will jointly promote Uzbekistan’s rich gastronomic heritage at the event.

This will be an excellent opportunity for the region and its guests to enjoy Eastern hospitality, distinctive flavors, and art.
