Hokim of Tashkent region Z. Mirzayev received entrepreneurs from China.

The sides exchanged views on trade relations between Uzbekistan and China, as well as on the activities and results achieved in economic and investment cooperation.

The head of the region outlined the opportunities available to investors and noted that cooperation with many foreign countries is constantly expanding, and that promising projects are being implemented in agriculture, tourism, science, medicine, and logistics.

The guests highly appreciated the stable economic environment in Uzbekistan, as well as the favorable conditions and benefits provided to investors. They proposed creating a Chinese-Uzbek International Trade and Logistics Industrial Park in Tashkent region. Thanks to this, a comprehensive, secure, and efficient system of cross-border logistics services will be organized to simplify trade between Uzbekistan and China.

The parties noted that allocating a land plot for this requires additional study and coordination. An agreement has been reached to continue negotiations after an in-depth analysis of all aspects.
