Joint investment projects discussed
A delegation from Syrdarya region, led by Hokim Erkinjon Turdimov, paid a working visit to Kuala Lumpur.
According to the regional hokimiyat, meetings were held during the visit with executives of leading Malaysian companies, as well as the business forum “Do Business in Syrdarya!” with the participation of entrepreneurs from Syrdarya region and Malaysia.
Prospects for investment cooperation were discussed at the forum. With Jayasimman Jayasingham, founder of Amli Mountan, issues related to the implementation of joint projects in digital technologies, healthcare, and tourism were discussed.
Following the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed to develop the investment potential of Syrdarya region and expand bilateral partnership.
