The four-day educational project “Women Empowerment Week in Tech” has launched in Samarkand, focusing on supporting women in the IT sector.

The project is organized by the “School 21” Digital Technology School with the support of the Ministry of Digital Technologies. 

“Women Empowerment Week in Tech” is designed to help women gain essential knowledge and find their place in digital technologies. 

More than 400 applicants submitted their applications, and the organizers selected the top 50 participants from Namangan, Kashkadarya, Navoi, Jizzakh, and other regions of Uzbekistan. 

The participants began their training with the topic “Psychology and Leadership”. The first day focused on overcoming internal barriers that hinder career success. Over the next three days, the program will cover career-building strategies in the IT sector.
