O’zlitineftgaz held an International Scientific and Practical Conference on “Issues of operation and development of oil and gas facilities” with the participation of research institutes of the Academy of Sciences and technical universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the universities of Kazakhstan, Russia, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, and Kyrgyzstan.

The participants discussed problematic issues related to implementing promising geological and technological solutions and projects aimed at optimizing the production of hydrocarbon raw materials.

Particular attention was paid to the prospects for implementing projects involving foreign investment, which focused on managing geological, technological, technical, and financial risks. The participants also discussed projects for efficiently using hydrocarbon resources, including oil, natural gas, coal, shale, and low-pressure gas utilization technologies. 

The conference included a plenary session and three specialized discussions, where representatives of companies from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Tatarstan, Azerbaijan, and Russia delivered speeches.
