The opening ceremony of the International Robotics Challenge IRC 2020 competition has been held in Uzbekistan.

Uzbekistan hosted the opening ceremony of the International Robotics Challenge IRC 2020 competition.

The competition is being attended by about 200 young people from South Korea, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Iran, Turkey and Malaysia, experts are from Mexico, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Afghanistan.

The main goal of the online competition is to create for the first time an online platform for young people at the international and national levels, improve their skills in working with innovative technologies, develop scientific and technical creativity, expand the capabilities of robotics in Uzbekistan and demonstrate it at the international level.

The competition features online presentations of innovative projects, trainings and international online competitions in robotics.
