The 24th international exhibition of food industry, restaurant business and agriculture has kicked off at Uzexpocentre National Exhibition Complex.

The exhibition, jointly organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Committee for Tourism Development, the Council of Farmers, Dehkan Farms and Owners of Household Lands of Uzbekistan, Uzbekoziqovqatholding holding company, Uzyogmoysanoat Association, associations of cooks and hoteliers, represents more than 80 companies. Among them are food producers from Indonesia, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, the Republic of Korea, Latvia, Poland, Russia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan.

Food products, semi-finished products, dishes, containers, household appliances for restaurants and hotels, cleaning services and facilities, heating and cooling appliances, technologies for greenhouses, poultry farms, types of agricultural fertilizers and veterinary preparations are demonstrated at the exhibition.

The exhibition is aimed at informing food industry producers about best practices, strengthening international cooperation, accelerating development of gastronomic tourism in Uzbekistan and increasing the flow of tourists to the country.

The exhibition will continue until November 8.
