The International Scientific-Practical Conference on “Computational statistics and machine learning: modeling of bounded mixtures and model-based cluster analysis” has kicked off at the Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni.

Representatives of foreign scientific circles and professor-teachers from Uzbekistan are taking part in the event, which will run for five days.

In particular, professors and lecturers from prestigious U.S. universities have arrived at Urgench State University to participate in the event.

Acting Rector of Urgench State University, Sardor Khojaniyazov, and the Vice Rector for Research and Innovation, Zafarbek Ibragimov, who addressed the opening of the international scientific-practical conference, noted the importance of this forum for the development of artificial intelligence.

During the conference, scientists are exchanging views and discussing current scientific issues and promising areas for further cooperation.
