A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Company (AMMC) and the Tashkent branch of Saint Petersburg State University at AMMC’s engineering school.

The signing ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Company for Personnel and Social Affairs, Saadi Shermatov, Head of the Training Center, Doniyor Karimov, Director of the branch, Makhmudjon Ziyodullayev, and his Deputy, Sergey Nebotov.

During the meeting, priority areas for further cooperation were identified.

Under the agreement, the parties envisage exchanging experience in the educational and methodological spheres, organizing industrial internships for students, and preparing the company’s employees to obtain higher education. Implementing these measures will enhance the professional competencies of young people.
