CAEx Uzbekistan International Exhibition Center hosts the International Week of Innovative Ideas – InnoWeek-2025.

The event, organized by the Agency for Innovative Development, has brought together participants from nearly 30 countries.

The opening ceremony was attended by Hilola Umarova, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Education System Reform, Zulaykho Mahkamova, Chairperson of the Committee on Family and Women, Kongratbay Sharipov, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, as well as heads of ministries and agencies, members of the diplomatic corps, scholars from leading research institutions, technology experts, startup ecosystem participants, and young inventors.

Hilola Umarova emphasized that over the years, InnoWeek has become an important platform not only for showcasing innovative developments, but also for their practical implementation, international knowledge exchange, and strengthening strategic cooperation.

“InnoWeek-2025 is clear evidence of the large-scale reforms being carried out in our country in the fields of science, education, and innovation”, said Ms. Umarova. “Innovation and science are inseparable concepts. Without a quality transformation of the education system, continuity in scientific research is impossible. Comprehensive reform of education is not only a priority of state policy but also the foundation of sustainable economic growth and technological development. Under the leadership of our President, great efforts are being made in this direction. InnoWeek-2025 serves precisely these goals. It is not merely a scientific and technical exhibition, but a platform for dialogue between education, science, and business, a space for new approaches and, most importantly, for the practical realization of scientific ideas”.

Among the international participants of InnoWeek-2025 are representatives from Hungary. Attila Pusztai, Executive Director of the recruitment agency Nexus Solutions Kft., emphasized that all the events held within the week will contribute to building new connections, strengthening dialogue, and expanding cooperation.

“This is our first visit to Uzbekistan”, said Attila Pusztai. “We represent the Hungarian companies Winergy Kft. and GreenMIG Hungary Kft. InnoWeek-2025 is an excellent platform for exploring opportunities in the construction and energy sectors of Central Asia, for developing partnerships, and for discussing potential projects. We expect tangible results and aim to establish effective collaboration with Uzbekistan companies. I would like to stress that developing strong cooperation with Uzbekistan is a priority for us, and InnoWeek offers broad opportunities for realizing mutual interests”.

InnoWeek-2025 serves not only as a showcase of scientific and technological achievements, but also as an essential step for foreign companies: an opportunity to explore the potential of the Uzbekistan market, establish partnerships, and implement joint projects.
