The regional CCA Awards ceremony was held in Tashkent as part of the Women in Tech Global Awards. The event brought together leading IT representatives, startup founders, and innovators from Kazakhstan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and other countries.

The main goal of the award is to recognize the achievements of women in the technological field and support their initiatives. Its laureates were those who demonstrated leadership, an innovative approach, and active participation in social projects.

The jury of the award selected finalists in several nominations, including outstanding women from various countries. Aziza Nematova from Uzbekistan, representing Cyber ​​Security Club Uzbekistan, was noted in the ASPIRING TEEN nomination, and AI researcher and Founding member of the project Nazeli Ter-Petrosyan from Armenia won the WOMAN IN WEB3 nomination. BEST ALLY was awarded to Rada Islamova from Kazakhstan, CEO of Wonder Women, and MOST IMPACTFUL INITIATIVE was awarded to Kamila Damirova from Uzbekistan, CEO of the HEAL healthcare company.

All winners were shortlisted for the Women in Tech Global Awards, which will be held on November 14 in Paris.
