Heroes do not die, they live forever in our memory!
In connection with May 9 – the Day of Remembrance and Honor, Navoi region Hokim Normat Tursunov visited the family of serviceman Sherali Idiyev, who died while performing his official duty.
During the visit, the late serviceman’s selfless service, courage, and resilience in ensuring peace and tranquility in the country were noted with deep respect.
Sherali Idiyev was born on August 4, 1982, in Qiziltepa district, Navoi region. After completing his compulsory military service, he devoted his life to the military.
“My husband, Sergeant Sherali Idiyev, honorably fulfilled his duty to the Motherland”, says Nazokat Nurova. “He died while performing his official duties. We live in a peaceful, calm country, surrounded by attention and care. This was exactly the life he sincerely wished for”.
The regional Hokim met with the family members of the deceased serviceman and presented them with gifts.
