Independence Day in Uzbekistan is widely celebrated every 1 September.

This year, due to the epidemiological situation around the world, the decision of the Republican Special Commission limited the mass gatherings and public holidays, as well as holding concerts in parks and entertainment venues, fireworks in Tashkent and regional centers.

On the occasion of the holiday, Uzbekistan National News Agency (UzA) prepared a photo collection of Independence Day celebrations from previous years.
