Flights on the Samarkand – Turkestan route to be launched
Such an agreement was reached via videoconference with the participation of Deputy Hokim of Samarkand region R. Kobilov, and Deputy Akim of Turkestan region Z. Zholdasov.
Kazakhstan’s airline will start operating regular flights between Samarkand and Turkestan in May 2025. This will expand cooperation between the two regions in the trade, socio-economic, and tourism spheres.
This air link will contribute to strengthening economic ties and developing tourism between the two regions.
