Efforts are underway in Norin district to improve the population’s well-being and reduce poverty.
Special attention is being given to the development of fish farming and household agriculture.
In Norinkapa neighborhood, a project to raise trout is being implemented on 2.2 hectares as part of a public-private partnership. The project’s value amounts to $20 million. As a result, nearly 150 jobs will be created, and the district’s budget revenues will increase.
Trout farming is also being developed in “Uchtepa”, “Soybuyi”, and “Changitma” mahallas.
