Fellow compatriots in Malaysia are active in the elections
Voting is also continuing at the polling station No.26, established at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Malaysia.
Fellow compatriots in Kuala Lumpur were among the first among Uzbekistan’s diplomatic missions abroad to start the elections. The voting process began at 8:00 a.m. local time (5:00 a.m. Tashkent time) to the sound of the National Anthem of Uzbekistan.
Students studying at universities in Malaysia are actively involved in this important political process.
The polling station established at the embassy is provided with programs of political parties and other relevant campaign materials.
The elections in Malaysia will run until 20:00 local time – 17:00 Tashkent time.
