Exports of services from IT Park residents reach $392.5 million
Exports of digital and market services, as well as investment in the IT sector, have been steadily growing in Uzbekistan.
The National Statistics Committee reports that from January to June 2026, IT Park Uzbekistan residents exported services worth $392.5 million, an increase of $90.3 million compared to the same period in 2025.
Increasing export volumes helps enhance the competitiveness of IT companies in the international arena, attract foreign orders, and create new jobs.
In the first half of this year, the volume of market services provided by IT Park residents totaled 18.2 trillion UZS. This figure increased by 4.1 trillion UZS compared with the same period in 2025.
Increasing the volume of market services is associated with the expansion of the use of digital technologies. Currently, there is a growing demand for e-commerce, financial technologies, software, online services, cloud technologies, and other digital products and solutions.
In the first half of 2026, IT Park residents demonstrated increased investment activity. Disbursed investments in fixed assets reached 647.5 billion UZS, surpassing last year’s same period by 352 billion UZS.
Increasing investment volumes support new project implementation in the sector, promote the adoption of advanced technologies, enhance infrastructure, and expand companies’ production and service capabilities.
Boosting specialists’ training, strengthening international partnerships, increasing export-oriented IT products, and developing IT infrastructure across regions will be the main priorities in this area.
