Along with all political parties, the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy Tiklanish” is actively participating in the election campaign, which is one of the main conditions of an important political process – elections to the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and local Councils of People’s Deputies.

At the initiative of the Karakalpak Republican Council of the party, a campaign point was created in the center of Nukus, and an election campaign event was held under the slogan “Development based on values!”.

Representatives of the party council, candidates for deputies, members of the electorate, activists of primary party organizations, public representatives, and young people participated in the event.

At the event, the population and representatives of the general public were explained the priority areas of the party’s new election program for 2025-2029 under the motto “Development based on values!”, which implies an emphasis on the upbringing and education of the younger generation – a priority task of the New Uzbekistan.

In this year’s elections, the Karakalpak Republican Council of the party nominated 65 candidates for the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, 375 candidates for district and city Councils of People’s Deputies, 42 percent of whom are women.
