During the lecture, a member of the Public Diplomacy Advisory Committee of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Mr. Guicheng Lu noted that China has a long diplomacy history. Having undergone many difficulties at the beginning of the way of independence, China has established strong political, socio-economic, cultural-humanitarian relations with many countries of the world. The CIS countries are close partners of China.
