Festive events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Mongolia’s notarial system are currently taking place in Ulaanbaatar.

The 15th Plenary Session of the Asia Affairs Commission of the International Union of Notaries (UINL) was held, along with a series of meetings addressing current issues.

The Uzbekistan delegation, led by Dilshod Ashurov, Chairman of the Notarial Chamber, actively participated in the events.

During the session, representatives of the Commission’s member states presented reports on the work carried out in 2024-2025. Amendments were made to the management system and the terms of office, and new leadership candidates were identified.

At the international conference, reports were presented on “Trends in the Improvement of Legislation in the Notarial Sphere”. Dilshod Ashurov delivered a report titled “The Practice of Mediation by Notaries in Uzbekistan”, which addressed the experiences and approaches of various countries in mediation.

The Uzbekistan delegation also conducted a presentation on “Legal Regulation and Practical Implementation of Remote Notarial Actions”. The practical work undertaken to introduce digital notarial services was outlined.
