Tashkent hosted Uzbekistan International Textile Conference within the framework of Global Textile Days Tashkent 2019. It was attended by representatives, scientists and experts from 36 countries.

Domestic and foreign experts shared their experience with participants and focused on practical results of cooperation.

Reports were heard on digitalization of textile industry, promising areas of development of the global textile industry, implementation of “Best cotton” project in Uzbekistan, successful experience of cotton-textile cluster, as well as retail trade, e-commerce.

Participants visited Uzbekistan – South Korean Textile Technopark.

Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Elyor Ganiyev addressed the event.
