Uzbekistan is actively developing cooperation in international road transport with several countries.

The Ministry of Transport hosted a meeting of the Uzbekistan – Mongolia Joint Commission on International Road Transport.

At the meeting, representatives of the Ministries of Transport of the two countries discussed the development of international road transport and the creation of favorable conditions for national carriers in this process.

The parties also exchanged views on the current state of international road transport between the two countries and the prospects for their further development.

Significant potential for further development of cooperation in international road transport was noted at the meeting. In this regard, the parties agreed to double the number of permit forms for 2025.

Issues related to introducing an E-Permit electronic system for exchanging permit forms between countries were also discussed to speed up the cargo transportation process.
