As part of the business trip of the Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov to the United States, a meeting was held with NVIDIA’s Global Director of AI Nations Shilpa Kolhatkar.

The Minister noted the importance of AI technologies in implementing Uzbekistan’s digital transformation strategy and familiarized with the work being carried out in the country.

The parties discussed the possibilities of cooperating in SI infrastructure development, introducing highly efficient and promising calculation technologies in Uzbekistan, and implementing innovative projects in healthcare and other areas. Attention was paid to the organization of SI research and innovation centers and to training young people.
