The event was attended by diplomats and journalists from China, India, Sri Lanka, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Pakistan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan.

Former and current ambassadors of Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan in China addressed the opening ceremony of the forum. The delegates noted the importance of CICA in maintaining peace and stability in the Asian region, informed about activities for development of cooperation and strengthening cultural, economic and political ties with other countries.

Within the framework of the forum, five panel discussions will be held on various aspects of ensuring security in Asia and cooperation in this area, the development of a green economy, strengthening cooperation between the media. Specialists from Uzbekistan will take part in each panel discussion, where they will present their reports.
