The Hokim of Bukhara region, Botir Zaripov, met with a delegation of senior executives from leading companies, led by William Lin, Chairman of the Committee for Cooperation in Green Industry of Guangdong Province, China.
At the meeting, it was noted that, as a result of agreements reached during high-level reciprocal visits, broad prospects have opened up for implementing strategic projects.

In particular, the discussion focused on the practical implementation of investment agreements signed following the Bukhara delegation’s visit to major Chinese companies such as Asia Start Furniture Material Trading Center, EEHE, and Easyhome (Juran Home).

The investors also visited the Uzbekistan – China joint venture Bukhara Brilliant Silk, which until recently was engaged in cocoon processing and fabric production. The joint venture has since ceased its operations.

The delegation was also introduced to a large-scale project by Mil Max Trade LLC, currently underway in Bukhara district. The project encompasses the storage, drying, packaging, and processing of agricultural products.
During the meetings, an agreement was reached to conduct a thorough analysis of the technical and economic factors aimed at optimizing and improving the efficiency of joint projects.
