A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between JSCB Business Development Bank and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to strengthen cooperation in the field of non-financial services.
As part of the collaboration, the bank’s employees will undergo training and professional development in areas such as modern business consulting, mentorship programs, utilizing educational platforms, and strategic support for entrepreneurs.
JSCB Business Development Bank aims to transform into an institution that offers its clients not only financial services but also informational and consulting support for business development.
At the memorandum signing ceremony, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the bank, Shakhzod Yusupov, emphasized that the signed memorandum represents an important step in the bank’s strategic transformation.
UNDP Resident Representative in Uzbekistan, Akiko Fujii, highlighted that this partnership will contribute to the development of the private sector, support entrepreneurship, and promote inclusive economic growth in the country.
By the end of the year, the training program will cover all specialists from the bank’s regional offices and central administration responsible for non-financial services.
