An International Forum “Digital Leadership Uzbekistan 2023” was held as part of the International Partnership Initiatives Week “New Uzbekistan: Development, Innovation and Enlightenment” in Tashkent.
This forum is important for companies wishing to showcase their business worldwide. The forum was attended by over 300 BPO and IT outsourcing companies, foreign organizations, entrepreneurs, and more than 20 speakers.

“The event aims to inform foreign partners and representatives of international organizations about the work carried out in digitalization, the results achieved, and plans”, says Ayubkhon Sultonov, Head of the E-Government Systems and Resources Development Department.
The Minister of Digital Technologies Sherzod Shermatov and international experts made presentations at the event.

Over the past years, large-scale work has been carried out due to ongoing reforms in e-government, digital economy, and IT education. The ministry plans to carry out many tasks, including bringing the number of electronic services on the Single Portal of Interactive Public Services from 440 to 570 by the end of the year. Also, by establishing the exchange of information, it is planned to cancel the request from the population for more than 40 additional certificates.
