Chairman of the Board of ERIELL Group of Companies, Bakhtiyor Fazilov, has been awarded the “Fidokorona khizmatlari uchun” (For selfless service) Order.

A group of our compatriots were awarded honorary titles, orders and medals for great achievements in strengthening the independence of the country, increasing its economic potential and successful implementation of reforms, a worthy contribution to achieving great success in all areas of society in accordance with the Decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev “On awarding the group of public servants and workers in the industrial and socio-economic spheres in connection with the twenty-eighth anniversary of independence” of August 29 this year.

According to the Decree, the Chairman of the Board of ERIELL Group of Companies, Bakhtiyor Fazilov, was awarded the “Fidokorona khizmatlari uchun” (For selfless service) Order.

ERIELL is an international oil and gas service group of companies that provides drilling services, as well as industrial and civil construction. The company occupies a leading position in drilling services markets in the Russian Federation, countries of Central and South Asia, and the Middle East. World-famous flagships of the oil and gas business are among partners of the company. Young people make up about 52 percent of the total staff of the company. It cooperates with a number of higher education institutions of Uzbekistan and foreign countries.

The company uses a multi-stage personnel management system and well thought out labor organization.

According to the Chairman of the Board of ERIELL Group of Companies, over the past three years, the legal framework and guarantees of freedom of entrepreneurship have significantly strengthened. Business is becoming a truly respected area of activity, the attitude towards its representatives has radically changed. Most importantly, they actually felt that legislative levers in Uzbekistan began to work really, and not just on paper. Moreover, this, in turn, gives a significant impetus to development of international cooperation: investments are growing, new high-tech enterprises are opening up, the most advanced innovative technologies are being introduced, and “Made in Uzbekistan” brand is becoming more and more recognizable in the world.

– Frankly speaking, the adopted normative-legal acts in the business sphere are themselves breakthrough in nature, – says B. Fazilov. – It is only necessary to use them competently. Moreover, the legislation of the country is constantly being improved based on conditions of a changing market and its needs. The most obvious example is the Tax Code in the new edition. It is based on the principles of a consistent reduction of the tax burden, simplification of the tax system and improvement of tax administration.
