Publishers, bookselling organizations, and authors of works from Uzbekistan are participating in the 34th International Book Fair in Abu Dhabi.

One of the sessions of this prestigious event was devoted to the greatest ancestor of the Uzbek people, Abu Ali ibn Sina.

The international experts and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to the United Arab Emirates, Abdulaziz Akkulov, attended the roundtable discussion on “Avicenna: the sage whose teachings united East and West”. The event was organized by the Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Arabic Language Center, Secretary General of the Sheikh Zayed Book Award, Dr. Ali Bin Tamim, Director of the Nomad Culture Foundation, Bayan Kabylash, Embassy staff, and representatives of several foreign organizations.

Senior Researcher at the Abu Rayhan Beruni Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, Ph.D. in Historical Sciences, Fakhriddin Ibragimov, addressed the event.

The participants received complete answers from experts to their questions.
