Creating decent working conditions for citizens, identifying and eliminating factors that negatively affect workers’ productivity and morale, and ensuring efficiency in the work process are critical.
Today marks the World Day for Safety and Health at Work. It was first observed in 2003 at the initiative of the International Labour Organization. The goal is to prevent workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and other risks.
On this occasion, awareness campaigns are being held today in more than 100 countries, including Uzbekistan, aimed at preventing workplace injuries and occupational diseases and further strengthening attention to occupational safety and health regulations.
