This year, Quva district was the first in the country to begin exporting juicy cherries.
Now, the district has also started exporting apricots.
At the “Ashurov Muminjon” horticultural farm, a harvest of five apricot varieties is gathered across 80 hectares. The fruits are cultivated using intensive methods, with drip irrigation technology in place, and all agrotechnical practices are based on scientific and practical experiments, enabling early crop ripening. During the harvest season, around 300 jobs were created.

This season, up to 270 tons of apricots are planned for export.
