The area of the complex is 520 hectares. The vineyards, cherry and apple trees, and forest plantations have been planted on the slopes using terraced technology.

On June 19, during a trip to Kashkadarya region, the Head of State became familiar with conditions created in this agrotouristic complex, which was organized in Shakhrisabz based on an innovative approach.

“The best seedlings from France were brought to this complex, and a drip irrigation system is used to care for them”, says Asadulla Qayumov, Chairman of the Board of the Uzbek Commodity Exchange. “There is also a 120-seat restaurant and a 100-seat hotel”.

Agrologistic and educational centers and enterprises for processing and storing agricultural products are also being built here.

It should be noted that this complex is designed to produce 7.5 thousand tons of products, and its export potential is estimated at $5 million.

One hundred permanent and 1.5 thousand seasonal jobs have been created here.
