The International Blind Sports Federation (IBSA) has announced the list of IBSA Chess Sports Committee members.

Sorin Lapadatu from Romania was elected Chairman of the Committee, and representatives of Venezuela, Greece, Romania, and Kyrgyzstan were appointed heads and members.

A fellow compatriot, a member of the Uzbekistan national para chess team Ahadkhon Kimsanboyev was appointed a representative of the Committee for the Asian continent.
