According to the Ministry of Innovative Development, the initiative was supported by the Council of Farmers, the Agency for Development of Horticulture and Greenhouse Management under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Agency for Development of Viticulture and Winemaking.

Although a number of measures are being taken in the country to further develop agriculture, an analysis shows that there are still not enough experienced agronomists.
