By a decree of the Head of State dated February 16 this year, a set of additional measures to prevent corruption has been approved.

To protect entrepreneurs from corruption, the national program “Business Without Corruption, Honest and Transparent – the Foundation of Sustainable Development of Uzbekistan” will be implemented.

As part of this program, the electronic platform “Charter of Business of Uzbekistan Against Corruption” will be launched, and a system of incentives and benefits for its participants will be introduced.

Entrepreneurs who implement the system will receive a special mark or certificate confirming the company’s commitment to anti-corruption principles, which may be displayed in advertising materials and on company websites.

In addition, mechanisms will be developed to introduce internal anti-corruption control systems in private enterprises, and specific tasks will be defined for the bodies responsible for organizing anti-corruption efforts.
