A Working Group studies the ongoing work on tourism development in Bukhara region
A Working Group composed of representatives of the State Committee for Tourism Development is becoming familiar with the work being carried out in Bukhara region on the organization of family guest houses’ activities.
The tourism sector continues to develop rapidly during the pandemic. In particular, a Working Group composed of representatives of the State Committee for Tourism Development, currently visiting Bukhara region, is becoming familiar with the work being carried out in the region on the organization of family guest houses’ activities.
Representatives of the Working Group got acquainted with the process of large-scale construction work in tourist villages on Arabon street in Bukhara and Shirin village of Vobkent district. It is worth noting that Shirin village, along with its rich tourism potential, is also distinguished by ancient customs and amazing nature.
It is planned to create 20 family guest houses here. Currently, roads and roadside tourist infrastructure facilities leading to tourist villages are being repaired, gas and electric networks are being reconstructed, construction and landscaping activities are being carried out.
The Working Group carried out extensive outreach work on the organization of craft centers and family guest houses on these tourist streets, as well as the initiators were given necessary recommendations and suggestions.
