About 3,000 compatriots in Fergana region who contributed to strengthening the independence of the country, increasing its economic, political, social, scientific, spiritual potential, and strengthening its defense capability were awarded commemorative badges “30th anniversary of the Constitution of Uzbekistan”.

Among them are many labor veterans and representatives of the older generation. This commemorative badge was awarded to 96-year-old Mrs. Khabibakhon Umarova, a labor veteran living in Mustakillik mahalla, Oltiariq district. She honestly worked all her life in agriculture, which earned her great respect and recognition in the society. Participated in the construction of the Great Fergana Canal.

She was awarded a commemorative badge “30th anniversary of the Constitution of Uzbekistan”. The labor veteran was very pleased with such attention.
