According to the National Statistics Committee, nearly 9.6 thousand citizens of Uzbekistan traveled to Georgia for tourism purposes between January and July 2025.

This represents an increase of about 3.3 thousand people, or 51%, compared to the same period last year.

During the first seven months of this year, the purposes of visits by Uzbekistan citizens to Georgia were as follows:

Tourism – 8,319 people;

Visiting relatives – 1,244 people;

Official trips – 44 people;

Study – 19 people;

Medical treatment – 14 people.
