The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abat Fayzullayev has presented his credentials to the Federal President of the Republic of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen, in Vienna.

The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abat Fayzullayev has presented his credentials to the Federal President of the Republic of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen, in Vienna.

The Federal President of Austria noted that the Austrian side is well aware of the dynamic changes and large-scale reforms carried out in Uzbekistan under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev. As a result, in recent years, Uzbekistan’s reputation in Europe and around the world has grown dramatically.

He highly appreciated the positive dynamics in Austria – Uzbekistan relations and paid special attention to the need for further improvement of bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
