What ideas were introduced at the SCO Forum?
At the Third International Maqom Art Forum, the intercultural dialogue among SCO member states served as a key platform for enhancing cultural and humanitarian cooperation and fostering greater mutual understanding among nations.
The forum gathered culture ministers from SCO member states, along with representatives of international organizations, experts, and specialists in art and culture.
Participants at the forum highlighted that the SCO countries have a combined population of over three billion, nearly half of the world’s total. They emphasized the importance of leveraging this potential effectively and increasing collaborative cultural initiatives.
During the event, key tasks were highlighted, such as launching projects to uphold national traditions and values, digitizing cultural heritage and protecting it with artificial intelligence technologies, supporting youth initiatives, and enhancing cooperation through international forums and festivals.
