Uzbekistan’s football team wins the 2026 FIFA Series

Tashkent hosted the 2026 FIFA Series.

In the decisive game, the Uzbekistan national team faced Venezuela.

In the main part, the score was 0-0, so the winner was decided by a penalty shootout. Under Fabio Cannavaro’s management, Uzbekistan’s footballers won convincingly, 5-4, and became champions.

Gabon and Trinidad and Tobago’s national teams competed for third place. The main part ended in a 2-2 tie. In the penalty shootout, Gabon secured a 3-2 victory.
