Uzbekistan’s delegation takes part in meetings devoted to pharmaceutical industry issues
The Assembly of the International Council for Harmonisation of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use and the general meetings of the International Pharmaceutical Regulators Programme are taking place in Rio de Janeiro.
A delegation of Uzbekistan led by Alisher Temirov, Director of the Center for Pharmaceutical Product Safety, is taking part in the events.
Specialists from the Center are actively participating in working group meetings. Current issues related to the regulation of biosimilars are being discussed.
Cooperation with international experts and the study of best practices in these areas are of great importance for the development of the national pharmaceutical industry.
