Uzbekistan – Tajikistan: Cooperation in science and education
Cooperation in science and education is seen as a vital part of the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
Bukhara State Technical University is also actively engaged in developing cooperation.

According to Sadoqat Siddiqova, the Rector of the university, memoranda of cooperation with several leading educational institutions were signed during the university delegations’ working visits to Tajikistan. In particular, a partnership has been established with Tajik Technical University named after Academician M.S. Osimi, Technological University, and the Kulob Institute of Technology and Innovation Management.

Under the agreements reached, steps are being taken to improve the educational process, advance scientific research, exchange methodological experience, train qualified specialists, increase academic mobility for teachers and students, and organize international conferences and workshops. Additionally, staff training is conducted through joint educational programs.
Joint projects, academic exchanges, and scientific research in education and science between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan help improve knowledge and unlock the potential of youth in both countries. They also create broad opportunities for advancing science in the region.
